Tequila Pepper Jelly
This sweet and dazzling jelly is a blend of brightly coloured peppers with REAL tequila. All you need is just one taste and you will simply want more. Ideas for my Surprisingly Versatile Tequila Pepper Jelly
Pepper Jelly can be used:
1- with crackers, cream cheese/goat cheese/ or any fancy soft cheese like brie;
2- in Phyllo pastry dough tarts/cups with cheese, topped with olives or smoked oysters;
3- with any meat meals;
4- on morning toast, biscuits or cornbread;
5- glaze on a ham, salmon, pork chops, chicken/turkey or streak and even vegetables;
6- to spice up a peanut & jelly sandwich;
7- by mixing with mayo (or on its own) on a sandwich or a hamburger;
8- as a chicken tenders dip;
9- on ice cream (customer suggestion);
10- as a bbq glaze;
11- with sour cream and put it on baked potatoes;
12- mixed with vinegar as a salad dressing;
13- on deviled eggs;
14- to spice up meatballs.
