Twelfth Night
This work was done by a customer's mum. Her mother was missionary in China when WWWII broke out and she was put in a Japanese WW2 internment camp along with her husband and young daughter. They spent many years there, fighting off starvation and dysentery. During that time her mum and fellow camp prisoners decided to put on a play of Twelveth Night. This is a copy of the poster she drew for the event. At the end of the war, she and her family were released and returned to England. It is a show of strength and determination to make things better while under oppression.
