Thankful & Thanksgiving
Read MoreHi Everybody!
I'm a little late with the "thank you" to everybody that came out in the pouring rain to visit Vicki and I during CULTURE DAYS. It was very exciting to demonstate how to frame a picture to demonstrate how an etching is made. I hope to make this national Canadian arts weekend an annual event.I was in the grocery store tonight and I 'accidently' went down the Hallo'ween candy aisle. Of course, I had to stop and see what was new in candy and Hallo'ween costumes. I was shoulder deep in mini Mars bars and wearing a green goblin wig, when I saw above me, by the devil forks and witches wigs, a dancing Santa and Christmas lights. When I didn't have a business, I was total put off by the thought of Christmas ornaments beside the discount Hallo'ween candy. I mean it is November, give me a break! Sadly as a retailer and small business owner, I have to starting thinking about Christmas in October. So as I sit here in a pile of mini Mars bar wrappers and my new green wig, I have to say these words to you...
Christmas is just over two months away, so think of A MATTER OF TASTES when considering giving a unique gift to your special someone.
Phew! That wasn't so bad, right? So no toliet papering the trees and egging the house! :)
