It was sure a real blast of winter today. It didn't seem so bad this morning until I got stuck twice with the car, the snow plough buried the uncollected recycle and garbage and I had to drag 10 GD 'kites' back to the house. But I did get to snowshoe for real as the drifts were up to my knees.

The ponies played musical stalls- the left one wanted to eat and stay outside but his hay blew away and the one on the right just played peek-a-boo as I cleaned the stalls.

Tonight, there is frightful wind and arse biting cold. Six more weeks, you say. I'll be right crooked by the time it is all over!
